I have a 2009 Hyundai Accent, it's working very well and I feel safe especially on long trips because the service dept and technicians are trustworthy and do a great job.. Arvin, our salesman, did right by our son last year buying an Elantra so we went to see him first. He showed us a few cars and test drove two. We were sold on the first one. Bill Havlik greeted my husband and I outside on the lot. He took us right to the car I had in mind. From the start, Bill was very informative; giving me information on all the bells and whistles and every lever and button in the car. he didn't miss a thing!! No need for a manual if you have Bill!!!! He was also very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. He told us that he really enjoyed his job and it showed. His enthusiasm shone through. During negotiations he was also very professional!!! It was such a pleasure to deal with Bill. If you want a true salesperson that knows how to deal with the public, I WHOLE HEARTILY RECOMMEND SEEKING OUT BILL HAVLIK. More

False Odometer Disclosure Statement - Resolved I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. After about 5 months of ownership I started to notice that when I used the Waze app on my I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. After about 5 months of ownership I started to notice that when I used the Waze app on my mobile device for GPS directions, the speed on my Jeep's odometer was slower that the mph being displayed in the App. I did not sign an "as is" document and I also secured the paperwork from Jeep Dealership that performed the work. The paperwork does confirm that the odometer/speedometer was never calibrated. I was informed by the service department that this would cause a discrepancy of 7 to 10 mph. The Dealership managed to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. More
