They list "certified preowned" cars at the regular used car price, just to get you in....they add on the $1,000 "certification fee" only after you get there and they've got your social security number. This was a very manipulative and deciving move, to make the costumer think that the listed price of the car is the certified pre owned price. Without the $1,000 already factored in, how can you even call it certified on your website and over the phone ?? Very shady. We drove 1.5 hours there thinking we knew the price of the car....what a waste! Plus, the salesman wrote down the price of the car and then wrote "plus fees" when trying to get us to agree to the price, without even explaining what/how much those fees were! We had to ask multiple times, and each time he kept avoiding how much the "fees" really were. Finally he quickly said those "fees" we're over $1300 and then tried to change the subject right away. Needless to say, we left! This is not good business and not a place I would trust. IF you decide to go here, just be sure to get the out-the-door price in writing, via email, before you make the drive to this middle of nowhere dealership. More
