Please save yourself the hassle! Stopped in one day to see what they had available in my price range. After almost an hour, we still had no idea on the price of ANY vehicle on their lot. Saleswoman was nice but could not quote one price on any car! She was waiting for her manager to come up with a list. We left! Later that night as I am searching through craigslist, I come across a nice vehicle that I was interested in. But, no price, just a "CALL JOE" at ... I call Joe and imagine that, he was from Aunt Bessies. We told Joe the price range we were looking at and asked if this car was in that range? He assured us it was and set us up with an appointment for the next evening, with a manager, because we explained to him what had happened that afternoon. He was very concerned about the bad experience we had and wanted to work this out. Well, the next day we drive back to Aunt Bessies and the runaround goes into high gear! The excuses and throwing other sales people under the bus was incredible. It took us a short time to figure out that they are not in the car sales business, but the car AUCTION business! You had better be a good negotiator if you go there because there is no starting price on ANY vehicle! The prices all come from one guy in a dark room with a computer. All the salesmen have to run back and forth to him for constant pricing, from what we saw anyway, because here comes the kicker: THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE VEHICLE THAT JOE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR US TO COME SEE THE VERY NIGHT BEFORE!!!!! We were told that they wholesaled the car that morning! Lies on top of lies on top of lies! It was all Joe's fault, was all we heard!! Treating people like this should be a crime!!!!!!!!!! Shame on them and, coming from someone who has never rated anything online like this, I hope that not only do you never give them one minute of your time, but I hope you don't let any of your friends patronize them either! Oh, and if you like me can't stand that TOM RING and his incredibly annoying commercials, you really want to stay away since these two dealerships are partners in crime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found this business very hard to deal with, if you have been in there and spoke to one sales man no one else will help you at all. You have to wait for that one person to be in and available. I had left messages for the one salesman and never got a call back, they would not give me a price to any vehicle on their website and I got put on hold and hung up on or misdirected at least 6 times. It was a huge test of my patience, I went elsewhere. More
