We traded our car on Dec 1, 2024, and now it is Feb 24, 2025, and they have not paid off the car we traded in and they have not sent us the money to buy our tag. When we traded in our car for a truck it wa 2025, and they have not paid off the car we traded in and they have not sent us the money to buy our tag. When we traded in our car for a truck it was on the condition they pay off our trade-in and pay for the tag, tax, and title, which all they do is add to the price of the truck. Also when we got the truck the price was only $34K but the credit company sent us a bill and it went from $34K to over $50K I have not heard a word from them on the tag and title. Now, my credit score has dropped almost 40 points because of how many times they ran our credit and because they have not paid off the car we traded in. I keep getting calls from the credit Co. that we used to buy the car saying we need to make a payment. The truck's tag will expire in 4 days, and we still have not seen the truck's title or heard from this dealership about it. I have contacted them and they said they would check in on it and get back to me. However, they have not got back to me at all. So I think they are in breach of the contract because they have not fulfilled what they said they were going to do. I don't think we should have to pay for the truck because they have forfeited the contract. I'm not a lawyer, but I think I need to talk to one. The first sales rep I talked to lied to me about so much stuff that I won't go into but I should have taken that as my sign and walked away, but the next sales rep was awesome so I went against my gut feeling when I shouldn't have. Now my credit is shot and it shows that I haven't made a payment on my car since Nov 2024, The sales rep was great and I know this is not up to him, it falls back on the finance department. They are doing a horrible job at it. More

When we thought we had everything set and ready to sign our papers--which was pretty quick--he came back to us stating they had found better financing which reduced the amount we were paying. The next day I returned with the preowned car we purchased and the service department got us right in and out for a free oil change! I can say that my faith in dealerships has been restored! A-1 from beginning to end of transaction. Daniel even called a couple days after the sale to check on our satisfaction and to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!!! More
