My husband and I traded in our sons truck for a brand new car on November 6th 2024, as of December 9, 2024 they still have not paid off the truck and we are about to have to make a 2nd payment on a vehicle t car on November 6th 2024, as of December 9, 2024 they still have not paid off the truck and we are about to have to make a 2nd payment on a vehicle that's no longer in our possession on top of his car payment we have tried contacting them for 2 weeks to find out what's going on and they are refusing our phone calls and not calling us back. When we thought we had everything set and ready to sign our papers--which was pretty quick--he came back to us stating they had found better financing which reduced the amount we were paying. The next day I returned with the preowned car we purchased and the service department got us right in and out for a free oil change! I can say that my faith in dealerships has been restored! A-1 from beginning to end of transaction. Daniel even called a couple days after the sale to check on our satisfaction and to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Brought a vehicle in and service department diagnosed a bad A/C compressor was the reason the A/C quit. At a different date left the vehicle for compressor change out and A/C still didn’t work. The next op bad A/C compressor was the reason the A/C quit. At a different date left the vehicle for compressor change out and A/C still didn’t work. The next opportunity to return the vehicle it was diagnosed as bad a compressor so #2 was changed out and when it was function test by service tech diagnosed #3 compressor was bad so # 4 was installed. Upon picking up the vehicle the A/C was obviously not blowing normal temp air for a max A/C selection. Similar as if you had the temp blend selector set evenly between cold and hot. After consideration on what to do as a customer I decided that this problem may be outside of this service departments capabilities. The car has been in the shop with another locally preferred mechanic and when an accurate diagnosis of the vehicle A/C is given I can share the information so that it could be used in training sessions within your organization. I would suggest to verify the problem that arrives with a vehicle will fit the assigned techs experience. Don’t set anyone up to fail and cause a customer a 4 digit bill that they will never recover for a problem that was not fixed. More

Took truck in for battery issue to see about warranty. They did cover the passenger side and thankful for that. I would of thought they would see the low air pressure warning on the dash as well, but did They did cover the passenger side and thankful for that.
