Brandy was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I had to bring in my 2011 Ford Edge that needed extensive suspension work. I was stranded in Sandy Hill FL while vacationing. On the day I had to return to Ft Pierce FL - my car would not start -fuel pump issue. After a few other calls I called Auto Nation Ford - Brooksville & spoke to Bob Gray. He was honest & understanding and said he could most likely look at the vehicle the next day. I changed the tow instructions to deliver to Auto Nation Ford & went to speak to Bob. He was fantastic! Less than 4 hours later - I received a call telling what was wrong - how much it would cost - and that the car would be ready around 4pm that afternoon!
