Told me 1 price but it was $100 more. They replaced a housing they told me was cracked but wasn't. Ac actuator was the only thing needing replacing. Instead of $80 it was $580. Then they didn't want to honor a 15 percent coupon for service work. Kept getting different replies from manager to service and tech guys. Very disappointed with how they took advantage of me. Alan Sarne in service was fantastic along with the man that serviced our car. We had an accident and were 1100 miles from home and no vehicle. They expedited getting the parts needed and then got the repa that serviced our car. We had an accident and were 1100 miles from home and no vehicle. This dealership has always been slow on service but when they want to keep your vehicle for 10 working days to replace a small recall part that they had the parts for is unacceptable. Been bringing our fleet vehicles there for at least 16 years and somehow when we are waiting, well past the completion date, claims they called saying it was ready but they have the wrong company phone number on the ticket. They had my email and apparently did not note the actual cell number that was given at the time of drop off. More
Our first visit to AutoNation in Brooksville, our Explorer decided to have a problem on a Saturday afternoon. Called the dealership service department and spoke with Chip. I would like to thank all the folks at AutoNation Ford Brooksville. From beginning to end, Alan managed my account and kept me informed. When they tried to start the car after I had delivered it and did not hear anything, they did not give up. Leaving it overnight and starting up the next day they discovered the sound and the problem. Anthony, the driver that transported me to and from AutoNation, was delightful. He was professional and patient with me when I forgot my house keys and had to go back to get them. (Oops) Having to leave my car there over the weekend they offered me a rental car. The transition to the onsite Hertz dealer was smooth and equally amazing. The whole transaction ended up being zero cost me. Overall, friendly staff, fixed the problem in a timely manner, always addressed my questions and resolved the only issue I had with the car since I bought it! Thank you Alan and team!! More
