WIFI is not secure so I didn't use iPad which I brought since I knew I would be waiting. Woman who answers phone and checks customers out needs to have an assistant. It would be nice if there were some comfortable chairs outside in addition to bench seating. Waiting area has a lot of conversation and activity and would rather not wait there Chip keeps you informed and have no issues with, and Don is very knowledgeable. I do not know who Lou Pepe is maybe mechanic? I gave him 5 because I didn't want to unfairly penalize him not being sure who he was. If he was mechanic smell in my car now is vinegar smell when car starts. More

I purchased a brand new car from another dealership that was over an hour away back in December but wasn’t able to get back there to have it serviced. My Ford Pass suggested AUTONATION Ford because it was l was over an hour away back in December but wasn’t able to get back there to have it serviced. My Ford Pass suggested AUTONATION Ford because it was local and they did not disappoint. I was concerned because there were no openings that day online but I really needed my car serviced. Upon arriving, a gentleman named Anthony met me in the driveway and assured me that a Service rep would be able to work something out for me. He introduced me to Brandy who appeared to be very busy but still took the time to kindly assist me and provide me with different options to choose from. Brandy also went out of her way to help me save money by showing me an option I had with Ford Pass that I was totally unaware of. Knowing that she could have just allowed me to spend cash and not say a word was honorable. I could always use extra saving working in the field of education. She was also upfront and honest about the wait time. After sharing that I couldn’t wait longer that an hour and a half because I had to get back to work, she arranged for Anthony to drive me back to work. Brandy took the time to see which method of contact was best for me, be it a phone call, text or email which was very helpful considering my line of work. It was no time before I received a text saying that my car was done and Anthony was able to pick me up & take me back to the dealership during my break. I am so glad I gave AUTONATION Ford a try. Brandy made my day. They are definitely now my preferred Ford dealership. Kudos to both Brandy & Anthony!! More
