I took my vehicle in for its "30,000 Mile Service" but after reviewing my invoice, it doesn't appear that all of the elements of that service were actually performed? The invoice listed Transmission Servi after reviewing my invoice, it doesn't appear that all of the elements of that service were actually performed? The invoice listed Transmission Service, Cooling System Service, and Fuel System Service (all of which I agreed to based on my conversation with the service advisor) but it didn't include several of the items that are listed as being part of the 30,000 mile service (such as replacing the engine air filter and fuel filter, lubricating all hinges & latches, door locks & door weatherstrips, and inspecting & lubricating steering linkage, suspension & driveshaft.) I can't help but feel the 30,000 mile service was overlooked once I agreed to the more expensive services. More

Never got status or estimate for my repairs. When I first called for status nobody even knew my car had been left for repairs.
