Our appt. was for 11"00am. Our car sat there til 11:30am= before they came out to get it. I didn't get my car back til 1:00pm. Brandy always takes care of u was for 11"00am. I am handicapped and in a scooter. When they brought my car out, they parked it out front under the overhang and I thought I would be able to load my scooter on the lift easy, but because of the upcoming storm they parked all the trucks, and they were so close together that I couldn't get to my car., The 2 men doing the moving were not very helpful and caring, I was upset. I have taken my sons truck here twice with an electrical problem. Both times it turned out to be just enough corrosion o the battery that it wasn't letting it charge.
