Took our f350 in for oil change and now 500 miles later my husband checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low and very black. He can change the oil in his cat engine in his semi and after 3000 miles the oil d my husband checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low and very black. He can change the oil in his cat engine in his semi and after 3000 miles the oil don't look like that. I can't help but wonder if my 120.00 oil change was either never done or they used recycled oil. I feel like we shouldn't have to check the dipstick before leaving the parking lot. Very dissatisfied in service. I have taken vehicles in before but never checked them so can't help but wonder how my other services was that I didn't realize. More
