I got there first thing and was greeted by this wonderful young woman who was going a 100 miles an hours trying to get the day going and she really p I got there first thing and was greeted by this wonderful young woman who was going a 100 miles an hours trying to get the day going and she really provided me with great customer service. Then throughout the day I would get call from Allen my service writer just to keep me up to date on progress of my truck. He even took the time to send me photos of the progress. When I arrived to pick up the truck the young woman from earlier that morning greeted me with a smile and asked how my day went. Even with her day being busy she took the time to ask me how mine went. Allen greeted me by name and we discussed our day and discussed my truck. From the time I called Allen to discuss what I needed he got me what I needed in a timely manor and was honest about pricing and how long it would take to get the work done. More
