The sales associate, Danny Smith, was extremely helpful and courteous during the entire purchase process. Andrew Thomas provided us the space and latitude to look at the various vehicles on the lot. We didn't expect to make a purchase that afternoon; however, the experience was such that we couldn't leave the beautiful candy apple (Ford's Ruby Red) Ford Focus that we were so happy with. I am no young kid and the experience that I had at this dealership second to none, the entire staff all the way to the credit department was great. The entire staff was knowledgable and friendly right down to when Kris had another customer and passed my purchase to Corey just so there wouldn't be any waiting or rushing of any clients. They all worked for a common goal and that was to keep the customers happy. This is a hard thing to find in this current time and I for one am pleased that I happened into a Dealership with that kind of mentality. I NEEDED TO CONCLUDE A 3-YEAR LEASE OF A LINCOLN VEHICLE AND WANTED TO TRANSITION TO A SIMILAR LEASE OF A FORD TAURUS. I PARTICULARLY NEEDED HELP IN FINDING A VEHICLE THAT WOULD ACCOMODATE MY WIFE'S PHYSIC AND WANTED TO TRANSITION TO A SIMILAR LEASE OF A FORD TAURUS. I PARTICULARLY NEEDED HELP IN FINDING A VEHICLE THAT WOULD ACCOMODATE MY WIFE'S PHYSICAL LIMITATIONSIN HER LEGS. I ALSO WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NEW DRIVING SAFETY FEATURES, AND TO MEET CERTAIN FINANCIAL MARKS THAT I HAD SET FOR THE ACQUISITION. MR. CHOQUETTE AND MS. ROBERTS WERE BOTH VERY ACCOMODATING OF OUR INTERESTS. MR. CHOQUETTE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DEFINING THE FINANCIAL STEPS INVOLVED IN THE TURNBACK AND NEW LEASE. HE WAS PATIENT IN HIS EXPLANATIONS OF DETAIL AND IN RESPONDING TO MY QUESTIONS - ALL DONE IN A TIMELY BASIS. HE GAVE ME ADVICE ON THE TRANSITIONING WHICH I HAD NOT THOUGHT OF - BUT WHICH WERE EXCELLENT, CONSIDERING OUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. I TENTATIVELY DECIDED ON THE TAURUS LIMITED - BUT NEEDED SIGNIFICANT HELP IN UNDERSTANDING AND SELECTING FROM THE DIVERSE TECHNICAL COMPONENTS OFFERED - ESPECIALLY THE NEW SAFETY FEATURES OFFERED IN THE "BLISS" PACKAGE. MS. ROBERTS WAS WELL VERSED IN THESE AREAS - AND HER EXPLANATIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS WERE CLEAR AND TO THE POINT - MAKING IT RELATIVELY EASY FOR ME TO MAKE SELECTIONS. MY WIFE HAS PHYSICAL PROBLEMS WHICH NECESSITATE HER HAVING A SPECIFIC ENTRY/EXIT CAPABILITY FROM ANY VEHICLE. SINCE THIS WAS A NEW VEHICLE TO US, MS. ROBERTS WORKED WITH MY WIFE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE REQUIREMENTS WERE SATISFIED - AND DID SO WITH UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE, FOR WHICH MY WIFE IS GRATEFUL - AS AM i. BOTH MR. CHOQUETTE AND MS. ROBERTS WERE GOOD LISTENERS - LETTING US EXPLAIN OUR NEEDS/DESIRES IN OUR OWN WORDS - AND THEN FINDING WAYS TO COME BACK TO US WITH RESPONSES/PROPOSALS THAT WE COULD UNDERSTAND AND SEE HOW THEY APPLIED TO OUR SITUATION. TRUTH BE TOLD, WE FELT THESE 2 FOLKS WERE FRIENDS - WHO WANTED US TO FIND THAT VEHICLE/FEATURE/FINANCIAL COMBINATION WHICH BEST SUITED US - AND WENT THE "EXTRA MILE" TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. AND IT DID!! AND THEY HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME ON SEVERAL POINTS, AND TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL WITH OUR NEW CAR. AN EXCELLENT TEAM! More

After searching online and visiting a select few dealers in the Tampa area that had the new truck I was looking for in stock, I found the usual sales tactics being played when it came time to negotiate the deal. Just when I was about to give up hope, I ran across exactly the truck I was looking for at AutoNation Ford of Brooksville. How refreshing it was to deal with a group of folks that weren't trying to pressure me into anything. We negotiated on a price that I thought was fair, and WAY below the best price most of the other dealers offered. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. If you want a no-nonsense dealer, I highly recommend this place. More

I rareIy if ever have time for this. I found what I wanted at this place so I went ahead applied online for the car loan. The next day, Danny Smith called me. It was a workday so I didn't have time to go in, but the next day I left work a few minutes early and went over there. I was greeted by Bruce and I explained to him that I only had 40 minutes before I had to go pick up my daughter. He was very kind and understanding. He showed me the car and took my information. When I had to leave, I told him to please call me when he had more information. He called about an hour later, so I went in that night and had completed everything in less than an hour including the test drive. All told I spent maybe two and a half hours in the actual dealership. The service was great; they made everything quick and easy, they were all very personable. I highly recommend you go there and ask for Bruce. I love my new Ford Fiesta! Four words: 39 miles per gallon hwy. More
