Just needed the diesel to pull my tractor with a trailer I am buying. Bank loan value on my truck was 17000.00. These guys unbelievably offered me 7000.00 for my trade. To keep my calm I simply walked. My banker could not believe it. Will not step foot near that dealer again. I don't blame the salesman he is just the bottom guy but the sales manager should be fired allowing this. More

I was looking for a specific amount for my trade in, but the dealership was over two hours away from me, so I asked if Tim would be able to give a preliminary appraisal over email with detailed pictures. I sent the pictures, and he came back at a realistic offer that was within negotiating range of what I was looking for. I made the drive over and Tim, along with sales managers Danny Smith and Andrew Thomas, made me an acceptable offer on my trade. I got an extremely good deal on my car, and they even checked in the system and found me an extra incentive that saved a bunch more. Overall, a great bunch of people. Very honest and friendly. I just wish this dealership was closer to my home in Volusia county so that I could use them for all of my service and future purchasing needs! More
