I just started in market for buying used truck saw one online and asked for information and pricing. I did not want to go to dealership unless things, price, etc were within budget so sent request about online and asked for information and pricing. I had asked about interior and they did not have any and vehicle was not at this location. I examined the quote and replied bit out of budget, (sales tax was 6.8% suppose to be 6.5%, dealer fee now added 799. and tag transfer over 200) I also started looking at other dealerships but did reply back they were over budget and when i found another I just informed them that price was to high and in-turn got an email back asking why did i even bother asking about their truck and even said vehicle i had sent was not even available at other dealership which was totally incorrect. I do not due business with unprofessional dealers who insult the customer and so informed them but wanted to make sure others are aware, price the say is not the price you pay, watch all calculations sales tax etc as seems that is an easy way for them to pocket more monies over and above the 799.00 dealer fee and profit built in to overpriced vehicles. Note 799 was for oil and filter change and detailing...You judge if that is reasonable! More

I had an amazing experience buying a car here with the help of Todd! How can someone do this? I went to auto Nation Ford Brooksville to buy a used truck for the first time. Tim Worsley the 2nd is the salesman that took care of me. He sold me a I went to auto Nation Ford Brooksville to buy a used truck for the first time. Tim Worsley the 2nd is the salesman that took care of me. He sold me a 04 ram 1500 and said don't worry about your interest rate you can refinance it in 6 months. Well I waited a yr. Went into my bank and they said it's over 10yrs old can't refinance anything over 10yrs and that goes for anyone. This was 11/19/17 when I purchased this truck. So he knew already I was screwed. Today I try to trade it in. Lol I still owe 10000.00 $ on a truck that is worth 5000.00. he knew and everyone involved knew it wasn't possible for me to refinance this truck and allowed it to happen. That's so wrong and shame on auto Nation for allowing this to happen. Hate to know how many others this happened to. Ppl go through rough times and sometimes hurt there credit and rely on ppl not to xxxx them of there money just because they r starting over. Auto Nation is a rip off and I hope Tim gets what's coming to him. I will pay almost 26000.00 $ for a 04 ram that had 150000 miles on it. I will never get got from a salesman again. More
