I live in Dade City but I travel the extra miles to AutoNation Ford in Brooksville for the quality of service on my F250 Powerstroke that I deserve. Not goodAll changes savedi had an appointment Not good All changes saved i had an appointment for 10 am for an oil change. i arrived at 9;30 am and checked my car in. at 10;45 Not good All changes saved i had an appointment for 10 am for an oil change. i arrived at 9;30 am and checked my car in. at 10;45 i asked when my car would be ready and was told about an hour and a half longer . a asked if they started on the car yet and they said no. i had them bring the car up and left with no oil change. i purchased the car there new and expect better service than that i will find another ford dealer in the future that wants and appreciates my business .
