Chip was professional and communicated with me when new key fob was ready. He gets 5 stars for his job but my issue was not fixed by mechanic.. I also has them replace cabin filter because car had a sour smell for about 30 seconds when I first started it. It would dissipate by the time I got backed out of garage.. Replacing cabin filter was recommended and it worked for about two weeks but a few days ago I noticed odor is back and have no idea what is causing it. It only seems to happen when car sits overnight. Also, there is something that rattles underneath in back when going over roads that aren't smooth, Barclay Ave, some parts of Spring Hill Drive and is very annoying, I almost want to take a different route. I thought it was maybe spare tire and they tightened up some things they said but it hasn't corrected the issue. Key fob seemed a little expensive but hopefully I will never need another one. I have no idea who Lou Pepe is but your system won't let me submit this without rating him. More

Have had a recall from for my Flex. The letter said to make sure that the dealer had the part which I did. The first time I left it the dealership said yes they had the replacement. Got home and they ca make sure that the dealer had the part which I did. The first time I left it the dealership said yes they had the replacement. Got home and they called me to,say that they didn’t have it. Had to go back and pick up my car and wait for another date when they would have the part. Got a another letter in July saying they had the part and to bring the Flex in. Appointment made after making sure the part was in which they said it was. Went and dropped off my car. No ride home so I had to have them drop me off at home. Four hours later got a call. No part again. Now this is the third time I must leave my car there and make arrangements to get back and forth. Now I have had my car for five years with only 17,000 miles on it. I am not one that loves to drive and taking it to the dealership isn’t a big deal for some but to me it is. Now am I happy with dealership NO. If I didn’t have to go there I wouldn’t. More
