2016, I purchase a Ford certified 2015 Ford Mustang convertible. Then recently, I wanted to trade a 2012 Nissan Armada with a payoff of $10744. They offer $8100 and they wouldn't come off the price of convertible. Then recently, I wanted to trade a 2012 Nissan Armada with a payoff of $10744. They offer $8100 and they wouldn't come off the price of there used GMC Terrain of $17999 not even a dollar. You ever hear the expression "If you snooze you loose!" I sold my Nissan to a private seller we went to my credit you and the gentleman payoff the loan to the penny. AutoNation Ford must think they are the only dealership that carried used GMC Terrains. They think that all customers are rollover! Your not the only dealer I have contacted! When I said my time is valuable, I meant it, and I was purchasing a GMC Terrain. I had made a reasonable offer of a $1000 and dealership as yourself take people for granted, they think everyone are rollovers..that is the reason dealership have a bad reputation. I know I sold cars for 20 yrs in a management capacity. But I didn't have to lie as long as I was able to make a profit and making customers satisfied. We paid our salespeople starting 20% of the gross profit and progressive in tiers up to 40%. While I was wasting my time at this dealer, a salesman from Ferman Ford contacted me and accepted my $1000 offer with no trade. I now own a 2015 GMC Terrain..When I was a salesman I never let a customer leave the lot. So it seems you guys are making too much money at AutoNation Ford. More
