I bought a brand new car from this dealership. My very first brand new car. After the day I drove off with it The subwoofer in the back of the car was making a bad noise, then on Saturday I took it back a first brand new car. After the day I drove off with it The subwoofer in the back of the car was making a bad noise, then on Saturday I took it back and they said that was a part of the metal on the car was vibrating on the subwoofer. They had to keep it all day and put brand new wipers on because they were old and the foam was coming off on the windshield. On the next day when it rained the rotors rusted and looked like they they were 10 years old. They look horrible. I forgot to tell them that also the driver window is making a whistling sound and again I took it back the next Saturday. It was their again for the whole day. They said they fixed it and it is still making the noise. Then I was loading stuff in the back with my grandson and the lift gate started closing on him. Hit him and I saw it and pushed the button. I called the Ford dealership and they said it does shut and it will like squeeze and then release like the window. I said great. Not. I love this car but too many issues already. I feel like this should not be happening on a new car. What do I do? Then the dealership said they can look at the car and give a rental but I had to bring it to them during the week. The problem is I run a company with 30 Employees and my office is in Tampa. I live In Brooksville and work in Tampa. I have to come to them In the morning between 8-9am or come before 4:00pm. I am not able to do that. I work Monday Through Saturday and they rental car isn't open on Saturday. I am so done when the dealership tells me to figure something out and He can't help me. I will be taking my service somewhere else. More
Dealership is fine. My repair request was minimally successful. Ford needs to initiate a total recall of all late model sun roof vehicles after a fix has been engineered. The internet has many posts wi successful. Ford needs to initiate a total recall of all late model sun roof vehicles after a fix has been engineered. The internet has many posts with current class action complaint(s) and others pending related to a meriod of sunroof issues such as bursting glass, jammed mechanism, leaks and more. I custom ordered my F-250 and could not opt out of the sunroof option in the model level I wanted to purchase. Within one week, my sunroof mechanism James again. Service was immediately notified of the failed repair however no refund was offered. More
