I've had dealings with this dealership off and on for over 20 years. For the past 2 years this the only dealership I've used. I can honestly say the service has always been 5 star. I ordered a 2021 Raptor from Todd Featherson at Autonation Brooksville in June 2021. Due to the new model year, Covid, and the chip delays I took delivery in Jan 2022. Todd was awesome to work wi Autonation Brooksville in June 2021. Due to the new model year, Covid, and the chip delays I took delivery in Jan 2022. Todd was awesome to work with every step of the way and provided me with meaningful updates and answered any questions I had. He honored the deal that we agreed to even when the market went crazy with markups on vehicles. He even personally ordered some parts that were required for a recall that was required before taking delivery. Ford was backordered on these parts which would have added another week or two taking delivery. They finished the recall, inspected, and prepped the vehicle in about 24 hours of it arriving at the lot. The rest of the staff I worked with were great as well. I highly recommend Todd and this dealer if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. More
