From scheduling my Super Duty to driving away was a great experience. The facility is impressive my service adviser was professional courteous and accommodating. I submitted a credit app on Tuesday afternoon, my father drove 2 hours to the dealership to look at the vehicle at 2pm. I gave them my bank information for the down payment to run the very next day to hold drove 2 hours to the dealership to look at the vehicle at 2pm. Internet sales manager texted me at 8pm telling me someone was coming in the next day to look at the car. Asked if I can come in Saturday so he can run the deposit to hold for 72hrs the same day. Told him I would be there, changed my flight and not even 5minutes later, I received a call from the sales manager Scott, rudely telling me that the car is gone. They sold they car behind my back. I had the loan approval ready, deposit ready to be made. However, they don't do electronic signature so I had to wait until the following weekend, as I am out of state in Georgia. They don't care about integrity and loyalty to their customers. All they care about is the sale of their vehicles. I worked with them for 2 whole days!!! Even after no call backs from Tyler or Chris for a whole day on Wednesday until 5:30pm. Terrible customer service. Very bad business for selling the car behind my back while I was in process and willing to work with them so that I can buy the car. They don't care. I have multiple hard inquiries because of this, just to not be able to buy the car in the first place. More
