Autonation Ford Brooksville is the archetype of how a dealership should look, run , staff, and provide for customer service. I went in for standard service appointment 2/18/2022. Was greeted by several staff members all dressed clean with an alert professional attitude. This alone sets them apart from many other businesses nowadays that let their staff mope around disheveled with a "don't bother me" attitude. My vehicle was taken at my scheduled time and finished on time. Work was perfect. Alan the service representative was once again awesome in making the process easy and efficient for me (great job Alan). My purchase of a 2004 F-150 pickup was almost 18 years ago and was the 4th vehicle I had bought from AutoNation Ford in Brooksville. I have had my pickup truck serviced there from the time of purchase an ago and was the 4th vehicle I had bought from AutoNation Ford in Brooksville. I have had my pickup truck serviced there from the time of purchase and have always found the work to be excellent, the mechanics and the service agents very professional. In the last several years, I have worked mostly with Don Schumaker as my Service Agent and he is very friendly, accommodating when possible, keeps me posted as to when my truck would be ready, etc. I have also gotten Alan Sarne from time to time when Don is not available, and both of these gentlemen are superb professionals in my book. I always recommend AutoNation Ford in Brooksville whenever possible either for the purchase of a vehicle or a service recommendation. In 18 years of servicing my truck, I have only had to bring it back twice for following on the original visit. Five stars from me. P. Bean More
