My sales Rep Tim, called to inform me a vehicle I was interested in became available If I still wanted it. I told him I would work my way out there if it would be available for pick up that evening. I was doubtful that I could get the deal done as I wouldn't get there till after six. I live over 100 miles away. To my surprise they had the vehicle serviced, detailed and fueled ready for me to do the paperwork, they had everything ready and laid out for me which made me feel like a VIP. We ran a little late but that was because I forgot my insurance info. They honestly took really great care of me. And they have proven to me that they do care about their customers. This dealership has always been slow on service but when they want to keep your vehicle for 10 working days to replace a small recall part that they had the parts for is unacceptable. Been bringing our fleet vehicles there for at least 16 years and somehow when we are waiting, well past the completion date, claims they called saying it was ready but they have the wrong company phone number on the ticket. They had my email and apparently did not note the actual cell number that was given at the time of drop off. More

Our first visit to AutoNation in Brooksville, our Explorer decided to have a problem on a Saturday afternoon. Called the dealership service department and spoke with Chip. We managed to get it there, Explorer decided to have a problem on a Saturday afternoon. Called the dealership service department and spoke with Chip. We managed to get it there, Chip checked it out. Had to leave it because of problem, they called Monday afternoon and said it was repaired and ready to go. Fast great service, my new go to Ford dealership! More
