I was able to do mostly everything via phone and email. Once we arrived at the dealership, we did the test drive, signed the papers then drove our new car home. Overall great experience. I was there for about one and a half hour for an oil change and tire rotations. Which I think is reasonable. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Autonation Ford. I purchased my vehicle in St. Pe change and tire rotations. Which I think is reasonable. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Autonation Ford. I purchased my vehicle in St. Petersburg and had it serviced there until my move to New Port Richey where the Brooksville location was the closest one. One thing I noticed between the 2 dealerships, is that unlike the St. Pete location, Brooksville does not place a paper mat on the floor of my car or a plastic seat cover. These items were then removed when my car was driven up to the waiting area for me to pay and drive off. I really hope that the Brooksville dealership considers doing this in the near future. On another note, they have a nice outside covered area with seating for waiting on your car. It was a beautiful day weather wise so I didn't mind the wait. Don S. and the staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. My second negative comment is their credit card machine. It lays flat and being on the short side, I was on my tip toes to try and read it. I tried lifting and tilting it and the data disappeared. I highly suggest that the organization consider putting them on a tilted metal stand secured to the counter to avoid such issues. More

Waited 3hrs to get a ride back to pick up car then the bill wasn’t ready another25 min only to see they charged me for a pre paid oil change they happily refunded though then went to go to a chemo appt an bill wasn’t ready another25 min only to see they charged me for a pre paid oil change they happily refunded though then went to go to a chemo appt and found that same tire they just replaced was flat another trip to Autonation it was the stem. Don is our service manager who is usually great not so much this time and the price to replace the rim $1262.00 wat outrage sent shocking. Always had a good experience our 4th we bought 3rd fusion fist time we were totally disgusted and very disappointed and shocked at Dons reaction to all and not really caring. They listen and take the time to interact with you, your vehicle is well cared for and there are cameras everywhere. You feel safe and if anything should happen to your vehicle, it is on camera. The dealership is clean and the waiting area is well stocked for your comfort. The service is always completed in a reasonable timeframe too. When our lease was coming to a close, we came to AutoNation to buy-out our lease. Any future vehicles will be purchased at AN Brooksville. The sales department, they were great to work with. I have nothing negative to say, all experiences have been pleasant as have all employees. More
