I had another good visit with AutoNation Ford. I took my truck in for an oil change and 60K maintenance. All went well and I ended up getting additional service to flush and clean the throttle bod I took my truck in for an oil change and 60K maintenance. I have always had issues with this dealership. They usually have your vehicle for 3-7 days even for the simplest of repairs. They don’t call you when parts arrive or have any idea of when they can They usually have your vehicle for 3-7 days even for the simplest of repairs. They don’t call you when parts arrive or have any idea of when they can get them. On this trip I went in to see about getting 5 of our company vehicles scheduled for warranty repairs. As I entered the service dept there were 5 workers behind the counter, 1 was on the phone, 2 were typing on their computers and 2 were just standing there. All but the 1 on the phone knew I was standing there and was the only customer standing there and not one acknowledged me with a greeting or we will be with you in a minute, nothing. I gave them a fair amount of time to do something but it became obvious that’s they had no concern that I was waiting. I don’t know why I keep trying to get anything done at this dealership, other than they are the closest, for years when it’s obvious they just don’t care about their customers. The fact that I was the only customer there tells me that a lot of other people have had the same experiences. More
