So you call me for a follow up about my review and hang up because im pissed about fords service! All of ford is a joke. Spend 50k on a brand new truck an this is the treatment, shouldn't matter what ford dealership i purchsed my ford from! Ford is ford, a top tier platnium mechanics plan is a top tier platinum service plan, no issues were fixed! I had to fix my own fuel door with a screw, took me 30 mins to do so when they had my truck for 8 hrs being dropped off at 8 am and didnt receive a ride back to their facitlity until almost 4:30 in the afternoon! Washed my truck yesterday and come to find out the paint on the hood of the truck is extremly gritty and popping off in a few places. Im seriously about to call a lawyer for a florida lemon law since ive purchased the truck its been recall after recall, problem after problem without any result other then hooking it up to a computer each time an now the paint seems defective as well! So i should have to pay an additional 200.00 deductible fee on top of my 2200+ that ive already spent for your most expensive mechanics plan? To fix a plastic fuel door? Transmission still lags an looses power shifting from 3rd-5th gears, truck still makes a banging noise at random when starting it, sometimes makes this same banging while driving, as i stated above now has an issue with the paint popping off in random places the worst being on the hood! As in my last review do i blame ford autonation of brooksville?! No! I blame ford in general for doing shotty work! My truck regardless of the problem should have been fixed doesn't matter what dealership i bring it into with a platinum mechanics plan services should have been performed! 2 weeks ago brought it in for an oil change was told once ky truck was done that my battery is bad after this service visit i wasn't informed of anything other then i fo have transmission problems an that if i ever had an issue with it again it would be replace for free! How about we now know of the issue that still exists so why wasn't ANYTHING fixed. Paperwork also stated my rear brake pads are worn, again walked right out of the facility without even being told so! So what happens if the brakes completely fail an i get into an accident upon leaving their facility?! I bet you get an I'm sorry about your luck that your new truck is now destroyed an may have caused bodily harm either to myself or someone else, so have a nice day! Ford and there service plan is crap! I recommend buying a gmc, chevy, toyota or some other brand! I could keep going but this is pointless since they will most likely delete the review and say i was informed.

Paperwork on this last visit also states my battery is in good condition, so which is it? It cant be bad 1 week then be fine the next week!
