I am very unhappy with this dealership. I should've known this place was shady from all the negative reviews I read ahead of time. It all started from the day that we picked up the car fr I should've known this place was shady from all the negative reviews I read ahead of time. It all started from the day that we picked up the car from the dealership. This is my daughter's first experience buying a car and it was horrible! Not even an hour after we left the lot the check engine light came on. We drove right back up there and they said it was probably the gas cap. Left and the check engine light came back on the next day. We brought it back up to the lot and they said they had to order the parts to fix it. 1 week later, we took the car back to the lot to get it fixed and they fixed one piece and they had accidentally got the wrong part in for the other issue. So, I had to wait another 2 weeks to get that part in. When I came in to get that part fixed my car barely started. They told me the battery was just fine. The next day the car lagged again and I ended up having to buy a new battery after they assured me it was fine. All this has happened since we bought this crappy car in September. Never again will I buy from here!! Disappointed!! More

Don and at first I talked to some guy that told me the business is closing and it was only 1:16 pm and he told me that I couldn't get my 1:30 pm appt. I said but I'm early and then he looked at gis watch and said oh I thought it was 2:30 pm.

Don Schumaker was AWESOME with helping me get my F150 serviced. He took his time to explain some of the additional services that AutoNation had to offer while they serviced my truck.
