This was my first time at this Ford dealership and it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful!! I had fixed what was needed and was able to use my warranty. I made and appointment for 9:30 AM left the truck and at 1:30 PM it was still in the parking lot untouched. I was very disappointed in the service I Didn't receive. The excuse was that two workers didn't sh 1:30 PM it was still in the parking lot untouched. I was very disappointed in the service I Didn't receive. The excuse was that two workers didn't show up for work and that someone with a fleet contract showed up and they have priority . Came home and changed the oil and rotated the tires myself. Never had any work done on the truck but at Auto Nation Ford of Brooksville. Don't know if I would go back?? More
