I have been using AutoNation for about six years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Don is my point of contact in the Service department, and he is STELLAR! He is knowledgeable, treats me like a person, wouldn't go anywhere else. Don is my point of contact in the Service department, and he is STELLAR! after the money was wired communications were nearly non existent. Nobody seemed to know anything. If it were not for Josh at Maverick I would not have known anything about the documents I signed. I was never contacted by the dealer that they were received making scheduling a hauler a nightmare. I learned a lesson on this transaction. In 85 years I've never experienced anything this hard. I've bought many cars, trucks and farm equipment but this transaction was a nightmare. The car was received on Monday and was everything I expected and maybe more. More
Ensure that your mechanics know the product (make, model, year) they are working on. I should not have to bring my vehicle back to the dealer after service because the mechanic is unaware or does not know ho year) they are working on. First mechanic did not know how to reset warning light or message system. Second mechanic reset system. Required my return of vehicle to dealer following service to get reset completed. More
