We have already reached out to Ramon and he was not helpful at all. We were told by a previous manager that all issues would be taken care of by this establishment and not to worry just to send the invoices from Audi that inspected the vehicle. We paid for the inspection to be done and since speaking to BV everyone has been rude and pushing us off as if we are the problem. This dealership has been sued multiple times, a F rating with BBB, and operated without a license for 15 months at one point. They are doing nothing but continuing to create a terrible business name for themselves. The illegal passed inspection was already reported and we will be moving forward with other steps as this establishment is not trustworthy and will not be driving my vehicle for 5 hours. If you can miss a bulge in the tire and other major broken parts then what makes you think anyone would allow you to drive a vehicle in their name and insurance and then “fix” it… they want to put all the miles on my vehicle for THEIR mistake. Per attorney general this is not a reasonable attempt. They are trying to take the cheap route out of this instead of making it right, it will only cost more in the long run.
