Looked at a mercedes that looked nice and was priced fairly online. .$22,295. I called and told them i wanted to pay cash and asked what the final price would be and was told $28,000. Don't ever come here, will give you the runaround, posting false prices on their website. Chased them for a week, only to have "no cars available", a waste of time. My husband and I have been eyeing the VW Atlas 2024 and we obviously picked the wrong dealership to go to, all the cars were cramped up in the lot so I couldn’t even step back to get a good view of the veh we obviously picked the wrong dealership to go to, all the cars were cramped up in the lot so I couldn’t even step back to get a good view of the vehicle I was interested in, getting inside the car was also a tight squeeze; could barely get the door open. No one showed me the features of the car and I felt a bit rushed because the salesman stood out in the brisk weather and just watched us. The ambient lighting wasn’t working as expected and no one bothered to show me how to fix it or keep it on. I was interested in a test drive and was told the cars on the lot had no plates and there’s a different line on the roof I can try to drive in the parking lot… a test drive in the parking lot on the roof. If this is the customer service they believe Brooklyn deserves, they are totally wrong. Quote for the car seemed fixed and non negotiable. I’m an easy sell, I usually come knowing what I want with money in hand but this was not it. VW Brooklyn and the manager on 11/2/23 had no interest in selling a car that day. More
