Buyers Beware, My experience with this Brooklyn VW dealer was truly disappointing. Their marketing practices are deceptive, although the salesman described them as “CREATIVE”….They are price gouging. I was interested in your 2020 Range Rover Velar and trading in my current Range Rover Sport to help offset some of the cost. Then I was switched over to Addison and started over giving the same information. Just to be switched over to Nafeeza to YES start over by sending all vehicle info again. I then called 4 TIMES all their extensions but no voicemail, it just kept ringing. I jumped online to see the reviews and it appears that others have had similar experiences with lack of follow up. I reached out through face book and still no response. As a business owner I can say that I Definitely don't feel l my business is important. They are now closed now with NO follow up. They are close Sunday and Monday is a holiday. I was excited and you definitely took that away from me.
