I came in to see a few different vehicles and I was happy with my sales person and would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. with my sales person and would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
This is hands down the best new car dealership in NYC. The facility is brand new and, more important than anything, CLEAN! The night before I went to the dealership I filled out the “deal sheets” to expedite the buying process. Basic info, credit check, trade-in vehicle etc... I filled these out online through their website h the “deal sheets” to expedite the buying process. Basic info, credit check, trade-in vehicle etc... I filled these out online through their website hoping to be in and out quicker then usual. I received confirmation that all the forms were completed. I was corresponding with a Latoya Lewis which was with internet sales. The next morning I received a phone call from an Ashley Jordan to make the appointment and she noted that I should ask for her when I arrive. When I said I was dealing with Latoya she replied that Latoya was her manager and it was ok to ask for Ashley. Later that morning I received a call from a Torin. He wanted to know what car I was interested in. I told him I filled out all the paperwork last evening and all that information was on there. He said ok and also noted that when I arrive at the dealership I should as for him. Again, I said I was working with Latoya first, then Ashley called to make sure I asked for her when I arrive now I am supposed to ask for you? He said they just do internet sales... I said ok. When I arrived, Torin greeted me and was pleasant. He told me that the car I wanted was at another lot 5mins away. I told him I filled out the deal sheets last night outlining what car I wanted so why wasn’t it here for me to see? He said the car can quickly get retrieved as soon as I filled out some paperwork. I said paperwork? I filled out the proper paperwork last night in hopes that this process could be quick and painless especially during this COVID age. He said he’ll look for the paperwork but in the meantime I should fill out the same sheets... “Fast forward” 3hrs later and now I’m dealing with a 4th person, Mike. Apparently a manager. He looked at my trade-in and with the air of thinking he was doing me a favor he quoted me a price that was $5000 below the average trade-in value. I said no thank you and left. Three hours, filling out duplicate paperwork... This is fast service? It’s the 21st century. Get people in and out. Don’t bog them down with antiquated used-car salesmanship, having them fill out redundant paperwork... This dealership had a grand opening 2 weeks ago and it shows. More
