Very unwell people. I truly hope they get help for their dysfunctional repair shop. Had the worst experience of my life and have been in tears for a month of torture, li I truly hope they get help for their dysfunctional repair shop. Had the worst experience of my life and have been in tears for a month of torture, lies and horrific treatment. They have no care or concern for their customers and treat people like animals. Please do not go here. Warning. My friends and colleagues have done everything they can to help me remedy this. They even offered to go down there and speak to people. No one calls back and they play mind games…. Please please please don’t ever here. these are mentally ill individuals. Other volkswagen auto shops in the long island area helped me because they felt horrible and said they have never heard of anything like what i had been through. Have spent hundreds of dollars and rentals and ubers and they wouldn't help me.. they will not help you and don't care. All the reviews speak for themselves. The sales team in brooklyn said they “know all about it”. They are just as bad. Be very careful friends! Update: i towed my car to another VW shop and they ordered the “backordered” parts that this shop claimed took over a month in 3 days. They said it will be there by tuesday & i walked out with a loaner. They felt terrible and the manager of the auto shop tried calling brooklyn vw for me- no call back. It’s so sad how sick this place is. Not to mention, they put VW into a bad legal spot.. i offered to pay for the part myself and get reimbursed so i could get my vehicle back because i knew the part was in NJ ( where my current autoshop ordered the part from). Don’t ask me why they lie.. all they did was upset a customer & now create a serious problem for the corporation. That being said, I filed a complaint against the auto shop with corporate. My suggestion would to be pull your car out and see how it goes. They affected my health so much and i have now started the long process to hold them accountable. More

After reading some of these reviews, I feel like I'm reading my own personal experience with this VW service center.I really wish I could give them less than a 1 star. I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago today for a service repair. I was told it would take a bit of time to complete(about 2 weeks) due to the nature of the repair. That was fine, I understood that and agreed to It. Here we are 3 weeks later and I can't even get an update on my vehicle. I've called 5 times in the last 3 days to be told by the receptionist that their system had been down for the last 2 weeks and they don't have an update. Each time this poor lady had to be bear the brunt of a dissatisfied customer on the phone as she tried her best to get Mike the Mgr or Josue the service rep to talk to me. For some strange unacceptable reason they are both always busy and/or refuse to get on the phone( mind you, while I'm waiting on hold for roughly 15minutes). Only to be told someone would get back to me. How busy can you be that you can't return a call to a customer to give them an update? I must note this is my second time at this place and the experience is exactly the same. Same pattern two years ago. It certainly will be my last, lesson learned! I will never recommend this place to anyone for service. There communication is horrible and the Mgr Mike does not care. Dont just take my word for it, read the previous reviews. And I don't know those people. More

What a joke. Saw a used 2021 Nissan Murano online and put in an inquiry. The vehicle was priced at $16.999. The main reason I reached out to this dealership wa Saw a used 2021 Nissan Murano online and put in an inquiry. The vehicle was priced at $16.999. The main reason I reached out to this dealership was because of their VERY clear disclaimer stating “Price is plus tax, tag, title, and registration $250 estimate, $175 documentation fee, $37 inspection”. I said wow this is definitely a dealer that I want to deal with. They’re not playing games with low prices that they add on ridiculous fees. That was until their salesman “Will” called me. He said, the Out the door price was $21,830. Knowing that the price of the car at the stated price was approximately 19,000 out the door I said where did you come up with $3000 in fees, your listing clearly states that you don’t have fees. He stated that it was a reconditioning fee and I said no thanks. Few minutes later he texts me the price of the cars is now $19,995 plus tax. I reminded him that I am a math teacher and that that is almost the same price that he told me a few minutes ago. Needless to say , I did not buy this vehicle. I will not today nor ever will deal with a dealership that practices in these unethical pricing tactics. I put in a complaint on the website, and what I believe to be a receptionist called me back. She proceeded to argue with me telling me that every dealership prices the same way. Knowing that she’s incorrect, I said our conversation was over, she then Informed that her manager would like to speak with me. The manager got on the phone. She was very nice and said that this kind of pricing never happens at this dealership. She said I needed to understand that her agents work on commission and this was his way of padding his own pocket with commission . She also said that this was not allowed at her dealership and she was going to speak with him and bring it to the owner. I highly doubt this took place and that she was blowing up my… She also said hold on a second let me check, oh man too bad if the car hadn’t sold yesterday, I would’ve sold it to you at our cost. LMAO I guess what they say is true, there is a sucker Unfortunately for this dealership, I am not that sucker. When will dealerships open their eyes in realize that they have a bad rap because they practice in these ridiculous unethical, pricing games. If they just were honest and reasonably price, their cars people would buy them and maybe they would be trusted. Display is added to the list of dealers that I will never step foot, in the future. I have all the screenshots to back up the conversations that took place as well as the listing that was posted. More
Traded my old lease (Jeep) to get into a new Lease with them. Complete Ed the deal what’s told the would get the smudge out of My current lease so I wouldn’t get charged for it. They did neither and I was charged a Hefty end lease payment. I also blew a tire two days after having the vehicle . VW care was not helpful and Brooklyn Volkswagen charged me full price for the tire. They had the new vehicle for 5 days and once I got the car back I had to take it back the next day because it didn’t have wiper fluid. I called the dealership numerous times to speak to the manager regarding my displeasure and complaints and no one came to the phone or called me back. More

Unlike other dealers, they advertise a sale price for the car and they will not give you at that price. If you insist on the price they will insult you and laugh at you. After sales manager's insult ,they will send you to the finance manager and insult continues as he refuse to give you the car at the agreed price. This day and age with Customer reviews they don't care about what customer think. You may get a better deal negotiating from MSRP from other dealers. So stay away from this dealership. I am posting this so that you will not be another victim for this dealership. More
