Best vehicle buying experience ever. I had been used truck shopping for about a year. Spotted vehicle on lot on a Friday. Went back that Sunday to look vehicle over and made online inquiry as to price and availability. Kevin responded to my inquiry while I was enroute to dealership. As I was test driving vehicle, I informed Kevin that I wanted to purchase,what my trade in would be, what monthly payment I would like and what I was willing to put down. Kevin allowed me to take vehicle home to drop my wife off while he worked out the details. I returned about 45 minutes later and was out, with my new truck, about an hour and a half later. All my needs were met and there were no surprises at the end of the sale. Overall 5 star experience from start to finish. I will be referring friends and family to Kevin and the dealership he represents. More

He took the time to ask me questions and talk until he really understood what I was looking for and what I could afford, and then came up with a vehicle suggestion that fit me perfectly! I am very happy with the vehicle, it's exactly what I wanted, and I didn't even know what I wanted exactly when I walked in, so Tony really did an amazing job. The price Brookfield gave me on the car was great as well, and was actually below KBB estimate, so I can't complain on that front either. The whole team worked to give me financing options, which is especially helpful to me since I have kind of a weird credit situation going on. Would definitely recommend Tony and the team at Brookfield to all my people! More
