Excellent, friendly and understanding dealership When I came into Brookfield I was going through a really hard time and needed a car ASAP. It took a little over a week to find one that actually fit m When I came into Brookfield I was going through a really hard time and needed a car ASAP. It took a little over a week to find one that actually fit my expectations. Alisha help and worked with me along the way, she even went as far as finding an insurance company that would fit into my monthly budget. Kevin most definitely put a smile on my face after seeing how stressed and overwhelmed I was and tried his best to find a car in my budget. I was emotional because I had no way home and put the last of the money I had in my account on the down payment for the car I was expecting to buy. The one thing that made me stick to Brookfield instead of taking my money back and going to another dealership was when one of the managers Sally came over to me and said “Don’t worry I’m not going to leave you without a car you can drive that one until Monday” I returned the car Monday and walked in Tuesday and they had a car already ready for me and it was perfect. Jason broke down the buying process to me and answered all the questions I had which made me feel a lot better about buying a car. Being 19 and trying to buy a car on my own with no co signer or family to help, most dealerships would have tried selling me just anything to get a sale but Brookfield actually helped and Worked with me and found the best deal they could.
