I was disappointed that my car was not washed after my service. Also if I did not go for a walk while waiting for my car to be serviced, my car would have been sitting outside in the parking lot, not bein service. I like this dealership because it is near my home, but I noticed John, is no longer there and the customer service is not the same. He made the difference. More

On Thursday, April 28, 2022, my wife and I stopped by the Kia Servicing without a set appointment. We needed an urgent oil change before starting a long trip. The gentlemen who answered the phone understood Kia Servicing without a set appointment. We needed an urgent oil change before starting a long trip. The gentlemen who answered the phone understood and allowed us to stop by without the appointment. I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for stopping by. We dropped off the car and headed out for a quick bite. When we returned, the gentleman who took in our car did not want to go ahead to proceed with the oil change without first informing us that our maintenance agreement had expired. My wife and I were a bit puzzled as we did not know we were covered for one year's worth of oil changes. I explained to the gentleman that we had already gone for an oil change during the covered year were charged. The gentleman understood and added a free tire rotation to make up for the oversight. In addition, upon checking out at the counter the second gentleman also understood and decided we should not be charged. I have already bought four Kia's from the Bronx/Yonkers location and just like Sal Mayorga and his team the service team was exemplary, This is indeed the "above and beyond" five-star location.
