Despite professionalism and patience from Service advisor Mr. KEITH, The service Manager Alex Nipas wasn't the best. He lacked empathy and consideration as well as total awareness of status of my vehicle whi Mr. KEITH, The service Manager Alex Nipas wasn't the best. There are some exceptional employees at this location who will go above and beyond for their customers, to name a few Jerry, and Keith, and Steve, who is no longer with your company. I had issues with my car that keeps rolling backward with the updates, and no resolution till today. So I'm only giving a 3 star rating because of this issue! I will still recommend people to this location with the exception of the 3 people mentioned, because my car has not been fixed even with the manufacturer warranty. I am not happy about this 😞 More
