First off let me start by saying, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrible service, horrible integrity of vehicles. I specifically went out of my way living in Queens to go to this dealer and I regret it DEALERSHIP. Horrible service, horrible integrity of vehicles. I specifically went out of my way living in Queens to go to this dealer and I regret it. If you are looking to spend your money on a car, I’d advise you look into another brand or another dealership. I just leased my car less than a week ago and my car already has a check engine light & needs a part replaced, literally hasn’t even been a week, my car has less than 300 miles on it and there’s already a problem with the car, which makes me question the integrity of the entire vehicle. This dealer is located in the bronx (3505 Conner Street Bronx, NY 10475) so I went to the service center at the Plaza Kia in Brooklyn to check the car out and they kindly saw me twice in one day to diagnose the car and find out whatever they could. They were as baffled as me that this was a brand new car and already had an engine light and needed a part replacement. When they diagnosed it the second time and found there was a part that was bad on the car and need to be replaced they advised me to not even have it serviced and to go back to Bronx Kia and request a new car because that’s just unacceptable. You lease/buy a new car to avoid problems but in this case that’s the first thing I had to deal with. I contacted Bronx Kia regarding the problem and trying to find out about getting a new vehicle. I got a few responses and a few runaround messages and then I was completely ghosted. I was planning to lease to buy this vehicle but I will definitely be going a different route now & I will surely not give my business to Kia or this dealership again. If looking to purchase a Kia vehicle, I advise you go to a different dealership, Plaza Kia was of great help! More

I worked with Irma, Julio and Terry on a new car purchase. Overall, it was a good experience. I transferred to Bronx Kia after working with Irma at Yonkers Kia. Irma was very pleasant and allowed me purchase. Overall, it was a good experience. I transferred to Bronx Kia after working with Irma at Yonkers Kia. Irma was very pleasant and allowed me to test drive the car, however there was some haggling involved during the beginning of my purchase as the dealership was giving me very high monthly payment and rate, despite excellent credit & a very reasonable down payment. Mike at Yonkers Kia was able to give me a "worse case scenario" and I continued my search at other dealerships. When Irma transferred to Bronx Kia she asked me to come in, and though I was hesitant, she assured me I would get a good deal. Irma and Julio were able to give me a better deal than my past and I decided to close the deal. Only reason why I would rate 4/5 stars is because when I left my deposit in early November, they assured me the car would come in 2-3 weeks, even though it actually took about 2 months. I appreciate them trying to get the car at other dealerships, but in the end it wasn't available. They ended up ordering the car for me but never actually clearly told me that. I called 3-4 times in the span of those 2 months to request updates until finally in December, Julio told me they had to order the car and that it would arrive late January. I had to call 4 days after the estimated arrival date to request an update, and finally Julio was able to get it delivered and ready for pick up the following day. In the future, I would suggest more clear and consistent communication and updates via text/phone/email. It gives a nice personable touch and prevents that burden to be put on the customers to keep having to reach out for an update. Overall, I'm very happy with my pick-up experience with Terry and his team-member and received excellent service that day. Excellent customer service. My salesman, who had many conversations with me before my purchase, was ill the day I went in to pick up my car and his colleagues stepped right in took care of me. All questions were answered and when they realized that my car wasn’t quite ready for me to drive away with due to a last minute change that I made, they offered to deliver it to my home rather than have me wait or come back. They delivered it to me within 2 hours. Great team. More
