I do all my oil changes there. I called asked to have my trailer wiring done and was told that since I did not buy them from there it could not be done(They are original Homda parts I called asked to have my trailer wiring done and was told that since I did not buy them from there it could not be done(They are original Homda parts).If this is what they want customers to be a good experience,than it is obvious that management needs to be retrained or they have the wrong staff in place and as such they are just carrying dead weight.As a customer service facing employee we want to retain customers and not give them a reason to go anywhere else. I like that Victor is always helpful. He truly is one of the best employees there.He answers all of my questions and returns all of my calls and stays honest when answering them. I just wish the honda place was opened later into the evening since they are closed on weekends. Also the guys that move the cars in the front are also awesome people.
