Victor was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to fix my car as a retaliation for my previous low rating of the shop. Diana was rude as well. Quality of work poorly done. Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column a Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column and vehicle keys not properly coded. Technicians need to be retrained and a quality inspection of tech’s work should be performed before car is returned to customer. This service center doesn’t represent Honda’s high reputation. On another note Diana was nice, personable & very helpful in answering customer’s questions. More
