Hi Marcie, I received your email and understand you want me to stop by. However, given that I’ve had to bring my vehicle to Honda four times, each time resulting in additional damage due to unsatisfactory work, I’m questioning why I should continue to bring my car to your shop. I am extremely frustrated with the repeated issues and lack of resolution. Before I make another visit, I need assurance that this problem will be addressed properly and that my vehicle will not be further damaged.

I respectfully decline your offer. I provided four opportunities for your team to resolve my issue, but each time the problem was mishandled. I just want to highlight the poor customer service and support I experienced at Honda Service Zerega. I will be taking my business moving forward to Honda New Rochelle and would advise others to do the same.

While I appreciate your acknowledgment, I must disagree with your assessment that my car was "properly repaired" and that I was "treated respectfully" each time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I find it concerning that, throughout this entire ordeal, there has been no apology for the poor level of service I received or the inconvenience I went through. I had trusted Honda to provide a high level of service, and I am disappointed that this trust has been undermined. I believe customers deserve better.
