Bronx Honda - Service Center

I spent 4 hours waiting to get an oil change and inspection. This was highly unexpected. After 3 hours I was told the mechanics was short staffed. I'm a patient person but waiting 4 hours is ridicul inspection. This was highly unexpected. After 3 hours I was told the mechanics was short staffed. I'm a patient person but waiting 4 hours is ridiculous. Honda I know you can do better. In the future I will consider going somewhere else until honda fixes their staffing problem. More
