At my last appointment I was extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 9 Am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait time would be around an hour. I followed up with service rep I made an appointment for 9 Am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait time would be around an hour. I followed up with service rep LaToya after 10 Am and she told me to give her a minute. She never followed up and I went back to her desk again sometime around 11 Am. She told me it would be another 45 minutes wait. I explained that I worked hourly and what was only supposed to take an hour had turned into me waiting 2 hours before any work had started on my car. There wasn’t really any sense of urgency or apology for the inconvenience. Finally, at 12 Pm I was told my car was ready, but then was kept waiting another 15 minutes because it was not ready as they said. I didn’t reach work until 1.30 Pm when I was expected for 11 Am, missing out on $75 of pay. This is just not right and makes me rethink ever coming to this dealership again. Completely unacceptable. More

The Waiting time is terrible doesn’t matter if you have appointment or not. I left my car in the dealership for a diagnosis 9 days passed by and they didn’t call like they said they were going to do. I had to calle them many times to get updates about the situation which it wasn’t resolved. They charge large amount of money for simple things. To fix a door seal they were charging over $600.00. Terrible Service. More
