Helped me when i needed it most! Went in today with no appt, my new 2018 accord had no ac, was blowing only warm air. John Ross, the service manager, informed me it would be difficult Went in today with no appt, my new 2018 accord had no ac, was blowing only warm air. John Ross, the service manager, informed me it would be difficult to promise anything due to the amount of work and the fact i had no appt but took time to check my car. Long story short, my car just needed a ac recharge and he made an appt for next week to verify the repair and do an oil change. i am now driving away with my ac working perfectly. Did not expect this level of service but i am truly appreciative and wanted to give John a shout out! thanks again! More

Worst dealer EVER!!! I waited 4 HOURS just to get an oil change which is ridiculous. I went a few days before but the wait time was 3 hours without appointment. The advisor told me to make an appointment online because the wait time would be less. I made the appointment and they still made me wait 4 hours. Kevin the advisor did not even tell me the wait time. He did not know what he was doing. This dealership is a joke More
Total unprofessional I had never been so disappointed with a dealer the way I'm with Bronx Honda. I took my car there a 2017 Honda CRV with 8,200 miles with a engine nois I had never been so disappointed with a dealer the way I'm with Bronx Honda. I took my car there a 2017 Honda CRV with 8,200 miles with a engine noise, my experience with the service advisor Emilio and the service manager was horrible and frustrated it, Is like you walking in to ring to fight with your opponent, 100% unprofessional, 100% rude and 100% feisty that's what I receive from Bronx Honda service department. I had been a good customer to this dealer I had purchased over 6 vehicle seems 1999 and I will never never ever go back there. I will advice any one NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALER and to check other Honda dealers More

She wasn't even personable when I brought my car in. Why have people work there if they are going to look so miserable. You are in the business of providing your customers with great customer service which this person has no skill in. I expect more out of a service department especially since I'm driving out of my way from Yonkers to go there when I could have gone somewhere else. This place is a joke. I'm going to make sure to post my reviews on other sites so other people don't have to deal with someone like this. More
If you want to be mistreated, waste a lot of time, and pay money for it, this is the Honda service for you! Ah, and if you think this is just a one person issue... Well, yes, it is... The Manager! In pe pay money for it, this is the Honda service for you! Ah, and if you think this is just a one person issue... Well, yes, it is... The Manager! In person, not delegating the mistreatment. My wife and two little kids, 3 and 5 , were scolded for painting with chalk on the pavement while waiting hours for service to be done! You want to pay the same and get the treatment you deserve, go to another place! My wife and I chose New Rochelle Honda, and they are great. By the way, we pay the same price, it is a no brainer. I went in to service for a routine maintenance. While performing my maintenance Bronx honda service tech stated my rotors were wavy and needed to be sanded down 180.00 plus tax. I have a 2007 Vehicle wit performing my maintenance Bronx honda service tech stated my rotors were wavy and needed to be sanded down 180.00 plus tax. I have a 2007 Vehicle with less then 17,000 miles. After I consented to repair I found out my rotors were covered under my basic warranty 3 years and or 36000 miles. When I contacted dealer they stated it was routine maintenance to resurface my brake rotors. According to my owners manual it is not listed as a maintenance item there for making it a repair. So I was ripped off for 180.00 plus tax.Not including the maintenance items they performed were not necessary to be done until 30,000 miles.I hate to think people operate their businesses in this manner.
