I dropped off my vehicle on Monday stating theirs something wrong with electrical problem and it was not solved. I stated to check out the fuse box and for a full diagnostic to see what else was wron something wrong with electrical problem and it was not solved. They stated it was all good just needed the negative connection of the battery to be replaced. Drove the vehicle after a couple of hours and the dashboard turned off once again which Indicated when I first went to honda Monday afternoon. Dashboard is still blank and vehicle won’t turn on after being shut off. I was not satisfied with the mechanical “service” that was “done”. More

This dealership is doing the best they can during the CoVid pandemic which has such strict restrictions etc. while waiting for service we were allowed to bring chairs outside to sit on. My 2018 Honda hrv had to have air conditioner fixed. After several returns to service, it was not until I returned to delearshop was ac fixed. Hopefully it last. Charged me $60 and an additional $200 for an engine filter that should have cost about $60. The fact that the service dept tried to overcharge me for a service I never received but was promised is why i am skeptical to recommend service at dealership, More
