We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. We were told it may not take that long. After leaving for breakfast, we came back at 11am and sat watching people come and go all day until 4:30pm. I would much rather have been told up front that we should expect to pick up the car at 4pm. Then my husband and I would have a choice of how to spend that time. Although, we live out of state now, we still like and trust Bronx Honda. We appreciate their staff and service workers. More
