Bronx Honda - Service Center

Im going to start off by saying that this is the worst place to take your car. Tomorrow october 6 2020 will be the 5th time ive taken my car to them for a recall on a fuel pump that they supposedly fixed. place to take your car. My car has came back to me more than twice leaking gasoline from the tank. They have no clue what they are doing and on top of that, damaging the vehicle more. The first time i picked my car up, i had a really bad scratch on the driver side door that was down to the metal. I spoke to John and he did as promised, he fixed my entire door which was great. Two days later, my car was leaking gasoline (which made my wife and teo kids nauseous) and i had to send my family home in an Uber that cost me $45.. when i explained this to John, he didnt even seem to care that i had to spend unnecessary money to get my family home safe. Every time i called the service department, it was take me 20+ calls to get thru to someone who didnt know what was going on with my vehicle. They made my bring my car back to “fix” the fuel pump and the door. My care sat in their parking lot for 4 days before anyone even looked at it. I have a sensor in my car that alerts me when my car is open and or any disturbance was caused. 4 days and no disturbances.. they offered me free service and i dont even want it in fear that they might cause more damage. Honda service department located at 1133 Zerega Avenue in the Bronx really dropped the ball on this one. More
