We have been using this service center for the past 3 years. We have always received 5 star service. Yesterday was the first time I received subpar service. I went in because my touch screen was acting up and to receive regular maintenance. I dropped off the car, explained to Rob what I needed. A few hours later I received a text saying I had a $60 charge. I thought it was a simple mistake and called. I informed Rob I had an extended warranty. He argued that the services weren't covered. I went to the trouble of finding my extended warranty just to prove I had coverage. When I arrived he told me to go the counter in the back. When I met with the cashier. She told me I had no charge. I was so grateful for her. To go through that much aggravation during a pandemic on the day of a snowstorm is ridiculous. The whole point of having an extended warranty is to make life easier. More
