"To All Customer" Beware of Customer Service lies. On January 8th, 2020 I was giving an option to schedule an appointment for the following Thursday afternoon to leave the car for a couple of days for a January 8th, 2020 I was giving an option to schedule an appointment for the following Thursday afternoon to leave the car for a couple of days for a simple vehicle software update or Friday 8am to work on it immediately, I chose Friday. That Friday morning I was number two on line, but customer service refused to work on it immediately, they wanted me to leave it in their Honda establishment for a couple days, let me remind you it's just for simple vehicle's software update. I complain to the customer service manager, he rectify my problem and they took my honda into its shop to start its repair. More
