Although I arrived to the service center without an appointment, I was in and out within 2 hours. All the associates were courteous and helpful. I look forward to going back for any service. After bringing my car for a recall repair, I was given a paper that says that an inspection was ran on my vehicle and everything was fine, however, my car still has a check engine light on. I was told that paper that says that an inspection was ran on my vehicle and everything was fine, however, my car still has a check engine light on. I was told that in order to get a diagnosis I had to pay a $149 fee. Why does the paper says that an inspection was done and everything is okay? I couldn’t even turn on my car immediately when I picked it up because something is wrong with it. More
